Autism Impact uses multiple platforms and outreach methods to screen for your caregiver. As we interview candidates, we pull the potential finalists and schedule a time for you to interview them. You then choose the caregiver you want to hire. Once you have hired a caregiver, your caregiver screening service is complete. The remaining details such as start date and pay rate will be finalized between you and your newly hired caregiver.
We are committed to finding you a caregiver who is a true match for your family and we are confident in our process. We work efficiently to place a caregiver with your family but we cannot guarantee the availability of qualified caregivers in your area. No placement time frame is guaranteed with this service. We advise our clients to be flexible and open throughout this process. We also advise our clients to communicate with us by the method that is most convenient and reliable for them, as communication is integral to the screening process.
